Consultation on complaints, whistleblowing and enforcement

We are seeking your views on a series of policies regarding enforcement, dealing with complaints and whistleblowing.

We are presenting these policies together in order to demonstrate the range of actions and information gathering activities that we might use as part of our regulatory role.

This consultation presents five of our policies:
