We know it’s a tough time for learners, parents, carers, schools and colleges. We want to make sure you have access to the support you need. There is a wide range of resources available, you can find links to additional support below.

  

WJEC has a dedicated web page where you can get all the support you need. There is information about how exams work, how to approach exam questions and tips for looking after your well-being. Plus, you’ll find some handy revision resources to help you prepare for your exams.

  

Hwb is the Welsh Government portal where you can find information about the curriculum for Wales and free educational tools and materials. It also offers many free and confidential helplines and services.

  

Mind Cymru is an established mental health charity that offers a range of well-being support. Mind is there for you if you’re finding things hard. You can get in contact for confidential advice and support.

Careers Wales has lots of useful information and qualifications and training. Careers Wales advisers can talk through all your options with you and your parents or carers, whether that’s continuing in education, training, apprenticeships or going into employment.

The Children’s Commissioner for Wales has lots of helpful information about support services for young people, including mental health and emotional support.
