Sector Experts to develop minimum requirements for new qualifications in the Digital Sector

We are currently looking for one or two sector experts with considerable experience in, and knowledge of, the digital/information and communication technology (ICT) sector, or a closely related sector, to develop approval criteria (minimum requirements) for a new GCSE and GCE AS/A level in Digital Technology. The successful sector expert(s) will help us to ensure that general qualifications in this area are fit for purpose and meet the reasonable needs of learners in Wales. This development follows proposals set out in our review of the sector, Delivering Digital, which was published in December 2018.
We require the services of subject experts for up to 50 days, between February 2019 and February 2020. Successful applicants may be offered a proportion of this work based on their expertise and previous experience.
The fee for the above work is £300 per day inclusive of any VAT.
