Publication Scheme
Our commitment is to be transparent and open about the work we do and how we spend public money.
Under section 19(1) of the Freedom of Information Act, Qualifications Wales, as a Welsh Government Sponsored body is required to adopt and maintain a publication scheme setting out the classes of information we hold, the format in which we intend to publish the information and whether or not a charge will be made for the information.
Qualifications Wales has formally adopted the ICO’s model publication scheme which sets out the seven classes of information which should be published by public bodies.
The table below sets out the seven classes of information and the available information that QW publishes in each class, where to find the information and how to obtain it.
There is no charge for information published on our website. If you require a paper copy of the information on our website please contact us.
The publication scheme will be maintained and updated by Qualifications Wales.
If you wish to make a request for information that is not available via our publication scheme, you may submit a Freedom of Information request by writing to the address below. Please note that we may be unable to provide some information if it is protected under the Data Protection Act or an exemption of the Freedom of Information Act and documents may be redacted accordingly.
