Publication scheme
Qualifications Wales is a Welsh Government sponsored body. The Freedom of Information Act requires us to adopt and maintain a publication scheme setting out the classes of information we hold, the format in which we intend to publish the information and whether or not a charge will be made for the information.
You will find below, all the available information that we publish in each class - alongside where to find the information and how to obtain it.
There is no charge for information published on our website - if you require it in a different format, please contact us.
If you wish to make a request for information that is not available via our publication scheme, you may submit a Freedom of Information request by writing to the address below.
Please note that we may be unable to provide some information if it is protected under the Data Protection Act or an exemption of the Freedom of Information Act and documents may be redacted accordingly.
